The apartment is just off the Avenida Andalucia. (the old N-340). It is the second line to the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants. The studio apartment is in Plazamar development, in the very center of the town. The building is very clean and tidy  and there are elevators to each floor. The apartment has cooking facilities: electric cook, sink, cupboard, fridge, etc. The kitchen and the bathroom have been recently renewed and redecorated. There is a television and a balcony with beautiful views to the sea and to a garden with swimming-pool and tennis court which belong to the development  A big bed and a sofa bed  are the sleeping facilities which can accommodate  two or three people.
